Why I am here! well this is no my first time its the second time in this site. Why? I am back , I am 36 years old and I loved it ! but unfortunately a lot of guys that get interested on me are very young of course is nothing wrong with that but I just want to be around friends that are around my age. Some people get confuse , for some reason , (gym) I really look younger than 36 and I being asked on dates, but from guys that are younger than 30 and i honestly not interested on that.

I love music, mountains, beaches, road trips, rock climbing, reading, Jack Daniels, music (all kinds, and yes, I know I said this twice), watching movies and eating junk food with the kids, cooking (but not baking!), football, cross country skiing, coffee, snowboarding, trying new foods and restaurants, run on sentences, etc. I am easy going and like to have fun and avoid drama. I enjoy traveling and love to spend a weekend in the heart of a big city, deep in the mountains, or climbing through slots. I truly enjoy the small things, like riding the train, or getting caught in the rain unprepared. I am technologically challenged at times, but I am definitely a social networker. I love my 2 kids, 16 and 14, my old car, my job, my Ipod, and my unruly dogs. I don't like 'dates'. My experience so far is that dating is awkward, there are a whole bunch of rules that I don't know, and really can't be bothered to learn, and overall there is just too much pressure to really enjoy yourself. I mean... how many fantastic dates have you been on? My next planned adventure is to learn to sail, and I have absolutely every intention of living in a treehouse at some point in my life. I will try just about anything...twice.

In my middle school, I was the first girl ever to sign up for wood and metal shop. I wasn’t very good at it, but that example is pretty indicative of who I am. Suffice it to say, I enjoy trying new and different things, learning and exploring. I hike the trails on the mountain above my house every morning with my dogs—but I have this urge to put on a backpack and take off for a week—just to see what’s on the other side.

I went through Army ROTC at BYU and was the third female to be commissioned an Army Officer through that program. I served eight years as a helicopter pilot.

I love to laugh and find the humor in life. It takes a lot to upset or stress me—I’ve learned that few things are worth expending that negative energy.

I enjoy discussing ideas and theories about why people do what they do and are the way they are. I spend a great deal of time pondering the gospel, and love to have in-depth discussions about it.

I love children and teens. My youngest is a HS Junior--he is a joy to me, and I'm sad to think of being an 'empty-nester'.

I don't take offense very easily, and I appreciate those who speak their minds. I am very easy to get along with.
